Feeling stressed at work? Me too!

Never-ending meetings, unread email counts skyrocketing, deadlines, expectations, ambitions…

Let's face it: It's a common problem.

But there are things we can do to reduce stress and increase productivity. In this post, I will share 5 strategies that I have personally taken to help manage stress and get more done.

I have also included some additional resources throughout the blog for us to embrace these habits better. Rest assured these are not affiliated content, so feel free to click into it!

1. Be a Master of Time

I've found that time management is crucial for reducing stress and increasing productivity at work. By setting goals, creating a to-do list, prioritising tasks, and avoiding distractions, I can make the most of my time and get more done. Not only does this help me feel more organised and in control, but it also helps me feel less stressed and more accomplished.
